Validity of sales contract, goods and price information


Terms of sale are valid at the Online Store address: stessy.ee

The goods can be purchased and delivered within Tallinn area, Republic of Estonia.

The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to products. There is a separate fee for goods delivery.

The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer, the weight of the order and the method of delivery.

All costs in connection with the order are presented in the shopping cart and on the checkout page when placing an order.

 

Making an order


To order the goods, you must add desired products to the shopping cart.

To place an order, fill in required fields and select appropriate delivery method.

The shopping cart shows price of your order, which can be paid via bank link on the heap page.

Sales contract enters into force upon receipt of payment due to the current account of the Online Store.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to expiration of goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 30 days.

 

Delivery


The goods are delivered in Estonia, within the city of Tallinn.

Shipping costs are paid by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed in the shopping cart.

Solving arguments


If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, please send an e-mail to info@stessy.ee. The Online Store will respond to customer's claims within 14 working days. If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee.

The terms of the procedure can be viewed and the application submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store.

The examination of the buyer's complaint in the commission is free of charge. The buyer can turn to the European Union Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform.
